Gravity, as a method, using the CG-5 Autograv Gravity Meter has been proven to be an excellent tool for the determination of the shape of the Geoid.
 
Magnetics:
 
Regional magnetic mapping is best carried out using ENVI Pro Magnetometer or the SM-5 NAVMAG Cesium Magnetometer.
 
Gravity:
 
The regional gravity map can be established using the CG-5 Autograv Gravity Meter.
